The bed was very comfortable and the view from the hotel room was truly breathtaking. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We were fortunate to be in a key location with easy access to the Mattupetty Dam and Top Station.
The hotel lacked in maintenance and cleanliness. The advertised facilities were either not ready or in poor condition.

Best aspects of this hotel were the amazing view and comfy bed. the location was also great, with easy access to Mattupetty Dam and Top Station for some beautiful sightseeing. the friendly staff added to the positive experience.
I disliked the limited food options which were also overpriced. the lack of air circulation in the rooms made for an uncomfortable stay.

This amazing hotel is located near one of the popular tourist attractions with breathtaking scenic views. the staffs were very friendly, accommodating, and always ready to help guests with their needs. the room we stayed in was very comfortable, with an incredibly comfy bed. the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. They served us delectable breakfast, and the restaurant offered us a variety of cuisines to choose from.
Some of the facilities were not available as advertised, and it was a bit costly compared to the amenities available.

We had an amazing stay with comfortable beds and amazing views of the nearby dam. The hotel's facilities were very clean, and the staff was friendly and always willing to help. We were impressed by the tasty breakfast provided while enjoying the beautiful location.
Nothing it was perfect.
